Thanksgiving 2014

This was our year to have Thanksgiving in Borger-we were able to go up for a full week which was SO nice. Here are pics from my phone and camera-sorry there’s a lot!!

On our way! (Libby was sick for the entire week before this which caused a rash on her chin to get infected…so you’ll see bandages and a very sad looking chin in these pics!)

We got there just in time to help Giddy make the Taco Soup-yummy!

She thought walking through these piles of leaves was pretty great!

Non-stop fun was had on this little slide my parents got for the girls to play on at their house!

Mrs. Moltz, my 8th grade Algebra teacher.  I just love her!

All week long Libby (and Nora once she got there) said pretty constantly, “I help you!” to whomever was in the kitchen.

Libby also got good at licking the spoon at Giddy and Pop’s house 😉

Nora, Lance and Ginger got there on Tuesday night and we were all excited but especially Libby. She kept asking for them allllll week long until they got there! These two climbed up in Pops’ chair on their own to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse…they’re pretty stinkin’ cute if I do so myself!

Swinging!

Lance and I have always taken a picture with the Turkey before it gets cut up-this year my Dad made two turkeys-so the girls go to have their own pic with the Turkey! (we took the Turkey pic with the 2nd one the next day…I may have still been in my comfies with no makeup on when this Turkey was ready to go haha!)

Coloring! Libby LOVES to color.

Pops and Giddy got the girls matching Jammies and they were beyond excited that they “looked the same” as they kept saying. 🙂

Whichever holiday we have together, me and my Dad make cinnamon rolls-and they are a.maz.ing…and we have a pretty great time making them, too! Even if I do have accidental doubling of the recipe 😉

These are blurry but the memory of it is SO fun. Shoulder Races on their daddy’s necks. They were giggling the entire time!
