December fun

I don’t even know where time has gone since Thanksgiving…and I don’t know how I fell off the blogging train so terribly this Fall except that it’s just a busy time of year and when we aren’t busy-well blogging isn’t at the top of my list 😉 However, we have had some fun happenings between Thanksgiving and now that I wanted to share so here is a bit of an i-phone dump of highlights from the past few weeks.

The Cy-Ranch Mustangs were on the “road to state” and actually went all the way! My friend Sarah’s husband is a coach for the team and we loved getting to go cheer the team on when we could 😀

First time Libby was able to help with decorating the tree and she LOVED it.

It was a busy weekend and these two were both zonked!

I can not ever buy this again because I ate them all…in less than a week…with very little help. SO GOOD.

Playing outside one afternoon

The Forbis’ came to stay the night and play-Libby loved playing with Emery and Eiley! (although I didn’t get any pics of her WITH sweet little Eiley)

Our church does a play-group once a month and this month’s theme was Frozen! Making this frame was Libby’s favorite part and she did so good!! She love, love, loves crafts.

The Perry side of the family all came to town-it was so fun getting to see/meet all of my MIL’s side of the family and spending time with them.

With Granny

That night we had our bible study Christmas party and Libby found these on a table-I was cracking up!

The result of a long but fun day…with no nap.

My friend Cori invited some peeps over for a Christmas play-date-they got to decorate cookies!

Afterwards we went to the train display at church-and got to eat lunch with my friend Kelly.

Fun with Nora!

We had planned a “family fun day” so that we could go to Santa’s Wonderland that night and not get stuck in what we heard could potentially be a 2 hour wait to get in if you didn’t get there early enough! We got there plenty early and there were NO waits. It was perfect and so much fun. Love our little family of three and so thankful for the fun night we had together.

This was one early morning and she was telling her animals all about the Christmas Tree, Ornaments and lights. After this, she wanted us to all lay down and we talked about the tree and baby Jesus. A memory I will always remember.

Finishing up her ornaments!

Whew! I think that’s all! Up next-  An early Christmas with Giddy and Pops!
